25th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY PARTY

My wife and I recently celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. From the moment we began to plan for the event to bidding the last guest goodbye, Sodiah Thomas of S&B Event Concepts and Catering was there making sure everything was just right.  I'm impressed with her professionalism and personal hands on touch.  We got much more than we hoped for in an event planner!  Her staff mimics her manner of professionalism as they moved effortlessly through our guest making sure that all were well attended to.  Placing this important event in the hands of Sodiah and her staff allowed my wife and I to truly enjoy the beauty of the occasion. 


Sodiah, we'll see you for our 50th!!

SHERO Awards - HIGH TEA

Everyone enjoyed the tea selections, tea sandwiches and sweets. The table settings were simply beautiful. Just what I hoped it would be. All of our committee members were very, very pleased. Not one bad thing to say...It was fabulous...

The decor was fantastic. The food? Well, there was so much to choose from. We loved the wine and cheese selections, the Soul Food station was AWESOME! It was our favorite station. We also enjoyed the Catch of the Day and the Taste of the Islands!

The jazz was smooth and the desserts....Oh My Goodness! There, I said it again.

I truly, truly want to thank you for everything you did for me. You truly are a creative person at heart, and you knew exactly how to bring my vision to life. I gave you ideas, but you went above and beyond anything that I could imagine. I loved the décor, the lighting, the food was awesome, the dessert (I didn't even get to eat my cheesecake, just had a small taste), the service by your staff, just everything. It was awesome! I know you will be getting repeat business from others in that room and especially from me, if I ever do something that way again!

S & B Event Concepts Exceeded My Expectations

When planning two parties hosting two very different groups this holiday season, we were searching for a way to entertain our guests with flare. With just four days between the events, the idea of completing all aspects of each party was not practical. Past experiences of "pre-order and pick-up" type of catering services had left memories of uninspired fare; another evening at the country club was also not what we wanted, so the hunt was on for a professional team to help create great food for both events in our home.

Of those interviewed, S & B Catering offered the best in professional and personalized service. When requests were made to create specific items not included on their menus, they enthusiastically agreed to create sumptuous items for both events. Being a bit of a perfectionist, my requests for specific ingredients in many of the dishes were not a problem for this hard working team. Both Sodiah and Joann were a pleasure to work with; the food was expertly prepared, displayed and served. Entertaining was never easier! I would easily recommend them to friends and family without hesitation and look forward to using them again for future events.
